AIT expect cubic data to be provided in square metres (also know as cbm), you can easily convert your product dimensions to metre cubes as the following example shows:
(mm x mm x mm) / 1,000,000,000
e.g. Product A is 560mm x 470mm x 1200mm = 315,840,000 / 1,000,000,000 = 0.316 cbm
Alternatively if your dimensions are already in metres, you can simply multiply them together to get the cube value, if your items are in cms please use the appropriate formula below.
So for this product line we would expect a value of 0.315 in the cube field if 1 item was ordered.
Note: The cube field should represent the total cube of the order line so if multiple quantities of an item are order you need to calculate the total and put it in the cube field. For example, in the above example if 2xProduct A is ordered we expect a valuer of 2 x 0.31584 = 0.632.
