1. Direct Order Tracking Links
If you do not have this enabled or a customer has not provided suitable email or mobile, you can use the link below to providing a tracking link. This can easily be integrated onto your own website or customer order system:
The tracking link is made up as follows:
- http://aithd.com/[your client id]/[order number]
Where:
- [your client id] is your panther customer ID (please get this from your account manager
- [order number] is the order/consignment number provided to tracker on order creation
e.g. http://aithd.com/1234/order0001223
Master Tracking Client Account
If you have more than one account defined in our systems, and wish to have the tracking links accessible via one master tracking client id, you can request to have it configured via Panther IT.
Eg if your clientIds are 1234 and 4567, and you wish/require all tracking links to be under 1234 client id, you would be able to access order tracking information via http://aithd.com/1234/[order number], where [order number] can either belong to 1234 or 4567 accounts.
2. SMS/Text Alerts
If enabled on your account, tracker will send an SMS and EMAIL once a customer’s order has been routed with the estimate delivery window and a shorturl to a tracking link so the order details can be seen.
3. Via your tracker client login
If you access tracker via your client login you can search for an order and see the tracking info and links in there.
4. Via CSV File
We can setup an automatic CSV output file that will contain all order/line updates that will go in the Tracking folder on your ftp. You can pick this up and process it as you, many lients don’t bother with this as the direct links (1.) are much easier as you can link to them via your system as soon as you’ve sent the orders, also this will require some ingegration development on the clients’ systems.
