Our ftp server is behind a firewall to ensure authorised access is strictly controlled. If you wish to use our ftp/sftp service you will need to allow the following IP address through your own firewall (if you have one):

We will also need to allow the IP address(es) of your machines sending files to us through our firewall, please provide these to your account manager.
